1. Payment

Goods are supplied payment on delivery unless a credit account has been arranged. All customers must obtain an official printed receipt for any cash payment. Monthly accounts are due for payment by the 14th day of the month following delivery and all supplies will revert to payment on delivery if an account remains unpaid after this due date. We accept payment by cash, credit and debit card and bank transfer.

We take a particular pride in fulfilling all orders placed with us but occasionally situations outside our control may cause shortages. However, we will normally be able to offer a sensible alternative.

Our minimum order value for free delivery is just £75. All goods should be checked at the time of delivery and no credits for any damage or shortages will be allowed unless signed for at the time of delivery on our driver’s day sheet.

Customers must check at the time of delivery that the date life of any product is suitable for their needs. We regret that for obvious reasons we are unable to accept the return of any short-date products from any previous delivery.

We are happy to take enquiries for any product not featured in this list or to hold seasonal items and unusual quantities for special functions. Simply give our friendly sales team a ring.

Despite our best efforts things sometimes go wrong but if they do, just give us a ring and we promise to do whatever it takes to put things right. (And you’ll always get straight through to a helpful person).
